Am doing a workshop on the spi...I liked this post. Am doing a workshop on the spiritual gift of shepherd/pastor in August. May I use some of your comments? Also, not everyone has the spirtual gift of shepherding...although, we can still shepherd. I feel like it is important to understand that not all Pastors have the "gift" of shepherding...and not all those with the spiritual gift of shepherding are called to be pastors.
